Illustration Terms of Service

ᯓ★ GENERAL

◇ English is not my first language, so please be patient with me and write more clearly what you want

◇ By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service

◇ Prices shown are for personal use only

◇ Price will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit

◇ First come, first serve. If you want to have your commissions prioritized, please pay an extra fee of 50% of the total commission price

ᯓ★ PAYMENTS

◇ Full payment upfront

◇ I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving the agreed payment

ᯓ★ EXTRAS

◇ Additional characters will be charged 90%

◇ Additional background : $10 - $50

◇ Character with complex design : $10 - $50

Characters with a complex design come with an extra cost depending on the difficulty: many details, bags, weapon, items, various skirt layers, wings, armor, lace, complex clothing pattern, and etc.

◇ 2x - 4x of price for commercial use

◇Additional fee such as separated layers (for animating) and PSD files : $20 - $50 depends on difficulty

ᯓ★ REVISIONS

◇ Revision max 4x during sketch, lineart and coloring

 

ᯓ★ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

◇ Please allow up to one month for completion of your commission. It may take less time if I have less commissions in my work queue ahead of yours, or it may take longer if my work queue is full (I will tell you this in advance.)

◇ Delay may arise depending on next factors : order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.

◇ If delays arise, you will be notified

 

ᯓ★ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

◇ I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

◇ Always credit me as the artist on every social media you use.

ᯓ★ CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO...

◇ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only

◇ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist

◇ Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself

◇ Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.

◇ Printing the artwork for personal use only.

 

With commercial rights you are allowed to:

◇ Make money like merch with the artwork

◇ Use to your liking and promote your own brand with

◇ Promotional content (Ads)

◇ Using the artwork in stream platform such as Youtube and Twitch (thumbnail etc)

Note : Credit to the artist is still required for usage of the artwork

 

ᯓ★ REFUNDS

◇ You can only cancel the commissions before I start working on them. In that case, I will refund 90% of the total price of the commissions

◇ I don't do refunds if I started working on your commission.

 

ᯓ★ COMMUNICATION

◇ Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner at each step of the process.
